Eva Yaa Asantewaa

As always, I am astonished at what a resource your blog is! Thank you for mentioning that it's useful--and a powerful shamanic tradition--to face one's nightmares straight on.

I'll share a bit of how my own exercise helped me this morning. Before I went to sleep last night--deeply exhausted--I asked for help in quickly, efficiently taking care of something I planned to do early this morning. Well, the answer came in the form of my oversleeping by 45 minutes! I guess Spirit knew I needed the sleep more than I needed an early start on things, and when it came time, I had plenty of energy and good spirits and dispatched the project quickly and neatly! LOL!

Every blessing,
Eva :-)
